COVID 19 Safety Procedures at the SUNGATE BEAUTY & Spa clinic in the centre of Warsaw is SAFE

Dear patients!

In view of the pandemic situation COVID-19In order to ensure the safety of our patients, we have introduced a number of additional procedures to increase the safety standard of the services provided.

By following all sanitary recommendations, our patient is assured of complete safety: 

✅ Parking for our customers is directly in front of the entrance to our clinic, is guarded and monitored.
✅ Regularly sterilise the air in all rooms using professional equipment: UV lamps and ozonisers.
✅ Upon entering the clinic, the patient has direct access to the hand disinfection.
✅ If the patient does not have their own mask or gloves, we have also prepared a personal protective equipment kit.
✅ An additional detailed interview was introduced before each visit.
✅ In addition, there is the possibility of contactless temperature measurement.
✅ We use certified room disinfectants that meet hospital standards.
✅ All contact surfaces are subjected to a thorough disinfection.
✅ Each cabinet is equipped with disposable articles used during the procedure and disinfected after each patient by our staff.
✅ Our staff is thoroughly trained in additional procedures and stocked with all personal protective equipment: masks, gloves, visors, disposable aprons, disposable caps, disposable tools.
✅ All instruments used during the procedure have been replaced by one-offs.
✅ All dishes have been replaced one-offs.
✅ A safe distance between patients has been ensured in common areas  2 m.
✅ Visits take place on time without accompanying persons.
✅ We have launched a booking facility for you online visits and the possibility to pay online for your visit.
✅ There is a possibility of contactless payments electronic.
